Capital O Hotel Boutique Las Torres

It was a really centrical place, right next to the central bus station, the rooms were clean tho my bed sheet had a (bleach?) stain on it but overall really clean. They also have a terrace with a somewhat nice view of the whole city and downtown is not far away.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean room, nice facilities. Good location near city center.

The facility was new and modern. A beautiful roof terrace where the coffee tastes even better in the morning. Relatively close to the center and easy to walk to everything.

The owner was very friendly he tried to fix the problem they gave away our reservation and this was very disappointing and they took us to an other hotel but the bed was not a king size as the one we reserved and then the new hotel tried to charge us more. This was bad as the person who answered the door basically said sorry we tried calling you but you did not answer and we gave away your room . This is totatlly unacceptable. we dont ever live there to have a working phone that is why people make reservations!!!!!
